Web hosting for small business?

We would like to host a web in the name of M/s. Arpitha Exports for that we need procedures for long term contract.
Web hosting for small business?
Basically, what you want to look for here is important "technical" features, and not be sold on a lot of glitzy gimmicks.

Number One is that there must be an easy, reliable, and SECURE method of backing up your data and transferring your files...

1) Does the host allow you to configure a direct connection between your IP address and that of the server (essential for using software like SQLYog to backup your database). If not, then at the very least, there should be PHPMyAdmin for a browser-based way to import and export data, though that's a less-than-ideal way to do backups.

2) Does the host come with popular, powerful, STABLE open-source software that you can choose to auto-install via a script instead of having to plow through a bunch of software manuals and upload all those files? Examples... PHPList (for the mailing list), PHPBB2 (for online customer support, discussion forums, etc), Zen-Cart (a shopping cart), and a content management system for your regular web pages (Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, etc)

3) Do you get a complete suite of email tools, including auto-responders, a default domain-wide address, spam-filtering (SpamAssassin), white-list filtering, etc)

4) Do they give you a reasonably large quantity of parked domains that you can install yourself via a web control panel? So you can have, say, shop.example.com and support.example.com and info.example.com -- these are critical when you want to analyze where your web traffic is going.

5) Do they give you web statistics analysis tools like Webalizer and/or AWStats?

6) Last but not least, do they offer interactive online classes and tutoring instead of just leaving you to read a bunch of web pages and figure things out for yourself?

Odds are you'll be hard-pressed to find ONE host that will give you all of the above. But now you've got a ruler to measure what you're getting. And yeah, I know of one or two that meets those requirements, but I'm not going to mention them here because I don't want this Answer to be an advertisement.
