Web Hosting - What do I need?

I bought a domain name and am almost ready to put up my own web site. I need someplace to host that will:





1. Be super, super cheap.


2. Allow me to use Google Adsense (I doubt I'll make any real money, but why not try?)


3. I need only about 10 megs of space forthe whole site.


4. No idea how much bandwidth I need. (What do you recommend.... I'd like to dream think my site will get busy, but I'm sure it'll be slow at first.)


5. Easy to upload my pages with ftp program on my mac.


6. Tech support (phone) is a major plus.





Any recommendations? I don't have a lot of money and don't want to be ripped off. Thank you.

They will host you for a s little as $3.99 a month, with a $1.99 domain transfer fee. This plan gives you 5GB space and a bandwidth of 250GB. Many of my sites have huge image files (which can eat up your bandwidth allotment in a hurry), but I have NEVER experienced downtime as a result. As a matter of fact, their company-wide guarantee is 99.9% uptime.





You will also get 500 email accounts with 50 forwards, 10 Databases, and forum/blog/photogallery capabilities.





Their FTP interface is very easy to use, basically drag-and-drop.





And their tech support is top notch. If they can't solve the problem while you are on the phone with them, they will call you back AND email you when it is solved.





They may be a dollar or so more per month, but for the money, I have yet to find a better value.
