CEntOS 4.4 or higher
RHEL 4.4 or higher
Mandriva Corporate Server 4
Ubuntu 7.04 Server Edition
Reply:first off what the hell is virtual private server. I never heard of this. And what do you mean scalable. If you just want a server to use asterisk and other things like that go here and check bunch of sites for offers.

This company offers site building tools, application vault, web mail, antivirus, Php, MysQL ,e-commerce and hosts unlimited websites in one plan. Don't go for free web hosting.They are not reliable.
