Does anybody know where i can find free web hosting and a domain name for under 10/yr?

I had a website a year ago that was only 8.99/yr and offered free web hosting......i cant find that website so i need a new one.....thanks!

    I would recommend "Host Gator" for your web hosting because it's very cheap and reliable. Their support service is awesome. This company offers site building tools, application vault, web mail, antivirus, Php, MysQL ,e-commerce and hosts unlimited websites in one plan. Don't go for free web hosting.They are not reliable.
