Can I use a paypal account if I wanted to sign up for Yahoo web-hosting services, instead of a credit card?
Yes. Go to paypal.com and set up an account for free or make sure enough's in it if you already have an account. Then, go where you need to go to sign up for webhosting service and click on the paypal payment option.
